Mysterious events that occured in a secluded area of Europe. Several houses of a small rocky village were found at dawn burnt to the ground by monumental blazes. Medieval superstitions revive, as similar tragedies would have already happened about a thousand years before. Spectacular fires that were put down to witchcraft activities, resulting in a general panic in the village. The memory of this dreadful age is still alive in many legends, archives and is forever part of the local folklore, as it can be seen in many illustrations, illuminations and stained-glass windows from this era.
